What’s New in IBM Connections Docs Next

IBM has announced enhancements to be found in IBM Docs Next due soon. Enhancements will include some of the following:
One of the enhancements for IBM Connections Docs Next is instant, real-time co-editing for up to 20 editors that can utilize @mentions to grab the attention of specific editors. I guess that is instead of just selecting their name as some other programs offer. Comments will be available offline and chat awareness will be available while online. You can see a sample image from IBM below
And from the blog of Luis Benitez we have the following additions:
IBM Docs 2.0
- New file viewer with high quality previews and the ability to interact with content in view mode (e.g. show/hide columns)
- Auto-publish your file updates and make them available to readers instantly or save file as draft and work with other editors before making the changes available to readers
- New API so that you can bring the power of our real-time collaborative editing capabilities to 3rd party file repositories.
