IBM Connect 2016 OGS is 2 1/2 hours long

For those headed to IBM Connect 2016 prepare yourself for the Opening General Session that shows up as 2 1/2 hours long with a 45 minute break in the middle.
The normal time runs much like the first session listed above at an hour and half. But this extra hour with no sessions and a break seems rather confusing. I am guessing we all leave the main conference hall for 45 minutes and then file back in for another large session. Here is what is supposed to be included in each session slot.
In our opening General Session, Jason Silva, host of National Geographic's Brain Games, will set the stage by describing the potential to extend collaboration with technologies like cognitive computing, ultimately changing the way we work and live. John Hernandez will then illustrate how IBM plans to bring these future capabilities to your business as he shares his vision of an Engaged Enterprise. Following John, hear the inspirational story of how East African entrepreneurs have been empowered through the use of IBM collaboration and cloud technology to create a fair trade climate and we wrap the session by recognizing the next generation of business leaders as John chats with the winners of the university collaboration challenge.
This is followed up after the break with part two

That also seems to be a lot of content they want to share. We only hope for a lot of live product demo and no panels. Thoughts?
