Brydge iPad Keyboard & Speaker case review
Tags :iPad case keyboard bluetooth product review
We review both the aluminum and carbonate Brydge iPad Keyboard and Speaker case. These are made for the iPad 2nd through 4th generations and connect via Bluetooth. (The iPad Air has a different case that is available)
The full QWERTY keyboard on the Brydge iPad Case was responsive with many hotkeys already available. We had no issues paring the keyboard with the iPad. Indicator light on the switch tells you if it is in pairing mode, low on battery or charging. Make sure you place the iPad into the case as we show in the video for best results.
You are also able to connect the speakers in the keyboard via Bluetooth. Using the Control-B o the keyboard you can enable the iPad audio. The sound was decent from the speakers. While not top quality it is better than using the iPad speaker.
The clips that hold the iPad onto the Brydge iPad Case contain plastic shims. They use friction to hold the iPad so shaking or carrying it upside down is not recommended. We show in the video that the iPad can slide down or out. Shims for the iPad 2 are also included.
Charging is done via micro USB cable that is included in the packaging. The keyboard held a charge for many uses and over days of time. See the video for the full review.
