Companies are under increasing pressure to produce innovative products and services and building a culture of innovation is high on almost every CEO's list of priorities. The social web is in no small way responsible for the change in the way customers want to interact, and at the same time, new business-focused social technologies provide an excellent opportunity for companies to draw customers and partners into the innovation process and new ways of doing business.
