CUST109 Continental - Planning and Upgrading to IBM Connections 4.5 Successfully (2014)

Continental's IBM Connections adoption journey started with a successful launch in 2012. IBM Connections is globally available to 80,000 users and is powered by a complex, high availability infrastructure with many customizations.  Mid-2013, an upgrade to Connections 4.5 was planned. Together with operations partner Beck et al. Services, the upgrade was completed on time, within budget and meeting all quality requirements. In this session we will address technical and organizational challenges and how to overcome them, as well as optimal project structure. Additionally, we'll detail useful tools, provide tips and tricks, and identify key success factors and potential pitfalls.
