SmartCloud for Social Business tune-up coming on March 9th

As part of ongoing service improvements designed to help business users work more effectively - this first tune-up of 2013 introduces changes to enhance the user experience:
- You’ll see a new, configurable Instant Messaging widget in the lower right corner of the dashboard. This capability is entitled for customers who have SmartCloud Engage or SmartCloud Connections.
- We’re making the service more personal and visual - user profile pictures are now prevalent along side or in-place of a contributor or members name within the service.
Look for a prompt with the new license agreement starting March 9, 2013 that the administrator for your environment must accept. I think both of these will be a welcome change with easier web access to Sametime and better user profile picture usage. Having to use a separate Sametime client for this made no sense with the Sametime Proxy and web capabilities
