Sending Meeting Invites to the Entire Company at Once

I received an email on someone asking about sending a meeting invite to the entire company via IBM Lotus Notes. If you are doing something like this I presume you wouldn't want responses back.
Broadcast announcements are the solution to this problem as long as you have the required groups you can send to defined in your directory.
