The Seidio Active case holster combo for the BlackBerry Z10 is a felt lined holster combined with a soft gel layer and exo skeleton cover for the back of the phone.  The case fits snug around the edges but is still easy to get on and off the phone.

The built in metal kickstand on the Siedio Active case holds the phone in landscape mode (only) for watching videos, looking at photos and viewing the web. I use this daily to have the phone at a great viewing angle sitting on my desk.
