Product Review: Speck MagFolio iPad Case
Tags :Speck MagFolio iPad Tablet stylus matte Ionic Targus
I review the Speck MagFolio iPad 2 and 3rd generation case with stylus available from Amazon. It is supposed to stand in a few positions, use a magnet to turn on and off and more. Watch the quick review and see how well it compares. Here are highlights:
I was anxious to get my hands on this case since it looked promising. Here are the pros and cons of what I found in summary.
Pro:
- looked sleek
- seemed to protect the iPad decently when totally closed
- included a stylus
- the case had all the required openings present for the iPad model
- the stylus drew well
Cons:
- the case would not sit properly in some positions
- the magnet feature I could not get to work right
- the case did not seal properly
- the stylus did not activate the iPad as shown
- it was too hard to clip the stylus to the case as the tab it sits on would bend
- the stylus felt a bit cheap compared to the Targus stylus one I love
I was disappointed in this case and it will not be replacing my Acase Folio for iPad and other devices styled one I have
You can get the Speck MagFolio Stylus Case case on Amazon as well as my recommended Targus stylus and Ionic matte screen protector for iPads.
