Miele CM5200 Countertop Coffee System review

The incredible Miele CM5200 Countertop Coffee System was sent over for review. This is like having your own coffee shop with full bean grinding, steamed milk and cup warmers.
While this Miele CM5200 Countertop Coffee System is the width from wall to edge of most counters, it is a whole bean coffee system that offers way more than coffee, even making two cups at once. Here are the key points from our standard video reviews of the Miele CM5200 Countertop Coffee System!
- This was easy to set up and just took a few minutes to perform the initial rinse and then make a couple cups (that must be thrown away from their testing and cleaning of the machines).
- The defaults were a bit weak for most coffee drinkers but easily adjusted via the digital display on the top
- Make sure to adjust the size cup via the menu but then do not use smaller cups suddenly or you can overflow
- All drippings and ground beans are neatly stored in a slide out tray for easy dumping and rinsing
- The milk flask keeps milk cold all day but please remember to clean the hoses and container to prevent bacteria build-up
- Use the hard water testing strip that is included to get the best setting for your machine
- The cup waker on the top is a great way to keep the coffee at the right temps
- Play with everything this machine has to offer. It makes such a wide array of drinks, strengths and sizes you should feel free to explore.
There is no timer for automatic coffee making times. This machine is there to make outstanding freshly ground coffee for you. While you cannot fill a tall standing travel mug, it does make some rather large sizes you can take advantage of. Even making two at once.
See the video for everything else. We love this machine!
