An interesting IBM event will be taking place May 14-18 utilizing Facebook to discuss Exceptional Web Experience. With IBM selling it's platforms and the Customer Experience Suite I am trying to figure out why they would use Facebook which is mainly for personal accounts and not business solutions. It definitely isn't considered an Exceptional Web Experience

It appears they are wanting to drive traffic to Like the Facebook page for IBM Social Business and generate content on it instead of an actual Jam idea they have done many times before using IBM software.
