IBM Connect 2016 free certification exam vouchers

IBM is bringing back free certification exam vouchers for IBM Connect 2016. Now IBM had issues last year over this initiative and I presume that is all ironed out for IBM Connect 2016
According to an article on the IBM Software Services for Collaboration blog at IBM.com they state the following:
we're offering customers and business partners a voucher for a FREE ICS certification exam. The voucher allows you to complete an ICS certification exam within about 6 months of your return from the conference
There are a few reuirements like it expires on July 31, 2016 and one voucher per attendee. Vouchers will be sent via email to the address you registered for the conference. This is different than last year where you had to hunt it down on short notice and most people entirely missed it.
