IdoNotes (and sleep)

Reminder, we are recording IdoNotes Episode 33 live at 2pm EST today, and you can participate!

You have a couple choices.  You can simply listen in to the stream at http://www.talkshoe.com ( you are able to see all the live shows at that time) or join in interactively.  Interactively will allow you to listen live, chat and toss out things during the show and then with you dialed in over the phone or using IP (like Skype) you will just click to ask a question and I will start taking them in order.

Setting up an account to log in and participate is free and after doing it a few times now pretty cool.  So head on over today, here is the info once again.
