Hi, I am Notes and I have no association

The following image appeared on a client that was recently upgraded, uninstalled and reinstalled. All worked well previously so we knew this was odd. (see image below)
Now then, this is NOT a Lotus Notes error. It is operating system related. We went in and found that the .nsf file types were not associated properly. Once that was taken care of the error came back. So thanks to some good searching, we found a blog post from Ray Davies (hey Ray and thanks for making this quick) that addressed this very issue with excellent screen shots and a step by step tutorial.
I wonder if a Technote might be in order?
